When we get your order, our chefs make your pizza to order for you. After fully baking, cooling and shrink-wrapping, FedEx picks it up. (We have been known to make an extra pie for the delivery guy so he won’t break into your box.) Note our pizza is NEVER frozen, it is delivered refrigerated overnight. Open the box, stick it in your oven for five minutes or so and you’ll have the pizza you remember.

What goes in our pizzas? The best FRESH ingredients we can find: high-end Wisconsin cheeses, farmer’s market vegetables and two kinds of flour to make dough: our regular pizzas are made from commercially-milled high gluten flour and we are extremely proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish using gluten-free doughs. Many people can’t even tell the difference! We make our own sauces ourselves in our kitchen, nothing from a jar or a freezer.
We make round 16-inch pizza pies---your local joint probably calls this a “large.” We don’t pre-cut it (doesn’t work when we ship it) but it naturally cuts into 8 decent slices. It’ll feed a family of four (salad suggested but not included) so your shipment of three pizzas will do for a group or you can stick the extras in the fridge or freezer---since they’re shrink wrapped, they’ll fit easily.
