City Pizza Overnight's founder and New York native Adam Froelich began his career in the late 1980's in sports, event marketing and hospitality, including general managing a minor league baseball team (The Pittsfield Mets)
He founded his own firm and was the impresario behind a wide range of high profile corporate events for World Cup Soccer, World Cup Skiing, and open wheel racing. Adam's many satisfied clients included international brands and corporations like FILA, DLJ, Credit Swiss First Boston, Oakley, AT&T and Lucent Technologies.
As Adam exited the events business, he followed one of his own passions (and his stomach) and opened a New York style pizzeria in his hometown of Chicago. He opened his own place, New York Slices in suburban Chicago in late 2005 and quickly received local and national accolades for the high quality of his thin-crust pizzas and lines out the door with people coming from as far away as Milwaukee.
New York Slices then evolved into frozen (New York Slices on Ice, of course) and it was also an instant sensation, gaining shelf space and sales in local markets, Whole Foods and other major Midwest distribution channels.
When Adam and his business partner parted company in 2010, Adam decided to try another different tack: Selling fresh New York style pizzas online and delivering them around the country FRESH and ready to reheat.

All sales are done on-line and sent out FRESH overnight via FedEx. (Our FedEx guy hates us because he can smell the fresh deliciousness with every pickup) When City Pizza Overnight gets your order they hand-make it with your chosen toppings---fresh, high quality, hand tossed and baked in brick ovens for that authentic New York taste. After cooling, the pizzas are packed and shipped to customers all over the country who are nostalgic for that old slice of home. Five minutes in the oven and you're carried back down memory lane (or Flatbush Avenue).
