We have been working on our gluten-free crust for years and carefully segregate the preparation and storage area for all of our gluten-free products. It remains isolated from all our other kitchen activities right up until shrink-wrapping.
We make the gluten-free dough in a separate airtight room. We have a dedicated place in the cooler where we allow our gluten-free dough to rise.
We have a dedicated oven for our gluten-free pizza and garlic stix and a special cooling rack. Rest assured your gluten-free pizza will get special treatment and never be made with our regular products.
Your gluten-free pizza can be combined in an order with "regular" pizzas and we'll clearly label which is "gluten-free" and which is "regular" for you. Each pizza is wrapped individually so there's no chance for cross contamination.
