How much does your pizza cost?

We send three pizzas---enough for 10-12 people---overnight to you for $99. The price includes shipping and honestly, FedEx makes more on this then we do. But that authentic New York Flavor is so worth it.
 

Are your pizzas sold frozen?

Our Pizzas are not sold frozen! Our pizzas are made fresh specifically for you once we receive your order. We cool them, shrink-wrap them and using state-of-the-art cooling products, we box and ship them to you overnight.
 

What is the shipping charge?

We have already figured that into the price, that's why we have a 3-pizza minimum: it just doesn't make sense to only ship you one pizza. There is a $15 surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
 

How does delivery work?

FedEx picks up from City Pizza Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. (Friday too, if you want your pizza for Saturday delivery, there is a $15 surcharge.) We will send your tracking number so you can watch its progress. No one has to be home to sign for it. In most cases, the pizza arrives the next day in time for dinner.
 

What if my pizzas don't arrive the next day?

You are paying for overnight delivery and our experience is that the pizzas almost always arrive as scheduled. If for some reason your delivery is delayed for a day, our cooling system is designed to last 36-48 hours so a brief delay will not be an issue.
 

How do I fix the pizzas once I get them?

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Unpack pizzas; remove the pizza from the shrink-wrap and the cardboard tray. Place the pizza directly onto the oven shelf.
  • *Normal- Less crispy crust: 6 ½ - 7 minutes
  • *Crispy crust: 7 ½ - 8 minutes
  • *Gluten-free crust: 5 ½ - 7 minutes
  • *COOKING TIMES MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN YOUR OVEN.
 

What if I don't want to eat all my pizzas right away?

Your pizzas will stay fresh and delicious for up to 5 days in your fridge and up to 10 months in your freezer! The 16-inch pizza will usually fit in a full width freezer and our 10-inch pizzas fit easily even in side-by-side freezers.

I don't do Gluten. How do I know your pizza crust will be Gluten-Free?

We have been working on our gluten-free crust for years and carefully segregate the preparation and storage area for all of our gluten-free products. Your gluten-free pizza can be combined in an order with "regular" pizzas and we'll clearly label which is "gluten-free" and which is "regular" for you.
